At Qojira, we want every tail to wag—so if something isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right with a straightforward return & refund process.
- What can come back
Send back new, unworn, and fur-free items in their original packaging with all tags, inserts, and freebies. For health reasons, opened treats, grooming products, or custom-engraved tags are final sale unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. - Tick-tock
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to raise your paw—returns requested after that may be refused or issued store credit at our discretion. - Ask first
Email to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code and prepaid label (for U.S. orders). Packages without an RA code will be sent back to you at your cost. - Inspection & refund
Once your parcel reaches our warehouse and passes a quick sniff-test, we’ll refund the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Any outbound shipping, gift-wrap, or rescue-donation add-ons are non-refundable unless we erred. - Clearance items
Markdown goods are refunded at the price you actually paid—no coupon or loyalty-point adjustments. - Swaps
Need a different size or color? We can process an exchange instantly; any price difference or extra shipping will be charged or refunded accordingly. - Pack like a pro
Reuse the original box, add padding, and tape the RA barcode on the outside. Choose a tracked service—lost returns are on the sender. - Return postage
If the mistake is ours (wrong item, defect, or warehouse gremlin), we’ll cover every cent. Otherwise, the cost of getting the item back to us comes out of your refund or can be paid upfront. - Need help?
