  1. How to pay
    At Qojira you can settle up with:
  • Credit & debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover.
  • Digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Bank wires: available for orders over $500 USD.
    All prices are charged in U.S. Dollars unless another currency is displayed at checkout.
  1. Security in the checkout bowl
    Every page that touches your card data uses TLS 1.3 encryption and HTTP Strict Transport Security. Card numbers are tokenized inside PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways—meaning we never see, store, or sniff your full PAN. Periodic penetration tests and weekly vulnerability scans keep the fences mended.
  2. What we never do
    We don’t save CVV codes, share card details with marketers, or route payments through unsecured channels. If a phone agent or email asks for your card info, assume it’s a stray cat—ignore and report to .
  3. Failed or declined payments
    If your charge bounces, we’ll email a one-time link to retry without re-entering your cart. After 24 h the order auto-cancels and stock is released.
  4. Refunds & chargebacks
    Refunds are issued to the original payment source within 3–5 business days once we receive and inspect the return. Partial chargebacks freeze your account until the dispute is resolved; please contact us first—most issues are quicker than a game of fetch.
  5. Currency conversion & international cards
    Your bank may add foreign-transaction or conversion fees; those charges come from the card issuer, not from Qojira.
